Terms
These are the terms for using Liquid Like Machine, at liquidlikemachine.com. By using it you agree to them. They're short on purpose.
What it is
A web page that draws a liquid light show to music files you choose from your own device. It's provided free, as it is.
Your files
Use it with music you're allowed to play. The files stay on your device and aren't sent anywhere: see the privacy note. You're responsible for having the right to play what you choose.
Flashing light
The show contains moving and flashing light. If you have photosensitive epilepsy, or anyone watching might, take care, or leave it off. Stop watching if you feel unwell.
Tips
The tip link is optional and a gift: it doesn't buy anything extra, and Ko-fi's own terms apply to it.
No warranty
It comes without any promise that it will work on your device or be available all the time, and it may change or go away. To the extent the law allows, Scott Cade isn't liable for any loss from using it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
